How can parents get enough sleep?

Keep a consistent bedtime routine. Doing this will help your baby sleep through the night and help you get to bed at a sensible time. Ensure also your bedroom is dark enough with blackout curtains, and keep your bedroom cool, ideally 18 to 21°C. Try to stay positive, remember that it is natural for babies to wake up in the night, but that it will improve with time.
